First and foremost, we are a people of God, a community of faith, reminded each day of God's everlasting mercies and grace.

The orphanage, located on the outskirts of Asyut, Egypt, was founded in 1911 by Lillian Trasher. Since then, this place has been an oasis of hope for thousands of children in Egypt. Although Ms. Trasher died in 1962, the orphanage has continued to provide a haven for children.
